Event Date
September 19th with 20th as rain date.
Notes: Sept 5 is Labor Day; Sept 12 is FC Fair; Sept 26 Mik unavailable
Saturday the 19th is Rosh Hashana. Sunday the 20th is the Scheutzen Verein’s Clambake
Bob’s Auto Body and Vassar both did the inspection last time, but Saturday doesn’t work for them. Maybe Nova could handle it.
Course set up: 7am
Race check in and inspection: 8:30am
Vendor Set-up: 10am
Races: 12-3pm
Breakdown: 3-4pm

Can you write off donations to a Town event?
Insurance
MIIA says we can do it if we have proper waiver form. Check back with them re skateboarding. Registration will go through Parks and Rec and proceeds will benefit Town departments. Jon will file the application for the event which will allay this concern. Park and Rec commission approves of it.
